We have recently confirmed that some overseas booking websites (such as Agoda) have been listing and selling accommodations at our hotel through third-party suppliers without our direct authorization.
As a result, the following issues may occur:
- Your reservation may not be transmitted to the hotel, and your room may not be secured.
- Your reservation details (such as stay dates or room type) may not be correctly communicated to the hotel.
- Your reservation may have been sold at a higher price than our official room rates.
- It may take some time for your reservation to reach the hotel, making it impossible for us to confirm your booking immediately after it is completed.
- Some reservations may be sold as non-refundable, making changes or cancellations impossible.
If you made your reservation through one of these overseas booking websites (such as Agoda) and have any questions regarding your booking, please contact the website where you made your reservation directly.
Due to the limitations of our reservation system, the hotel is unfortunately unable to verify, modify, or cancel reservations (including prepaid bookings) made through these third-party channels.
